By using XDF.NYC or submitting information through the site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

The XDF.NYC site is provided for informational purposes and to let prospective members submit an application. You agree to use the site in a way that doesn't harm the service or interfere with others — in particular, no automated submissions beyond reasonable human use, no attempts to probe or disrupt the service, and no attempts to gain unauthorized access.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create any obligation on either side. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the XDF team.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it up and correct, but do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of the information shown, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XDF.NYC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
