Privacy Policy

This page explains what information XDF.NYC collects, how it is used, and how it is kept.
What we collect
- Application form: name, email, a link you provide, a selected area of expertise, and a free-text message.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent, and request timestamps, retained for operational troubleshooting.
How we use it
Application submissions are reviewed by the XDF team. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional updates — no marketing third parties, no ad networks. Server logs are used to diagnose availability issues.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
- We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
- We do not embed third-party tracking pixels.
Retention
Applications are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner. Newsletter records persist until you unsubscribe. Server logs rotate after 30 days.
Your rights
You can request deletion or a copy of your data at any time. Email privacy@xdf.nyc and include the address you submitted from.
